Sawing and cutting
We maintain the most high-tech cutting and sawing centre in Europe. Four million saw cuts a year speak for themselves.
We use a wide range of automatic band and circular saws to cut steel, aluminium and other metals in all shapes and profiles to the required dimensions with tolerances of less than 0.3 mm.
The dimensional ranges we cover include:
- Round: 6 mm to 860 mm
- Flat: 10 x 3 mm up to 1000 x 800 mm
- Square: 6 x 6 mm up to 800 x 800 mm
- Mitre joints:
200 x 200 mm up to max. 60°
300 x 300 mm up to max. 45°
400 x 300 mm up to max. 30°

Different mitre cuts can be selected depending on the profile shape. In addition to serial cuts for large unit quantities in fixed lengths, we can of course also realise very small series production. Thanks to continuous batch labelling, the material can be traced back at any time.
On request, we normalise the materials after sawing by means of various heat treatments, thereby eliminating the need for annealing before machining. Parts can also be blasted, milled or disc-ground.

Edge and surface finishing
Edges and surfaces that are pre-machined before delivery save valuable subsequent working time. Metal and plate steel blanks are deburred, the workpiece surfaces are completely freed of rust, scale and rolling skin beforehand.
If required, we supply steel washed, blasted and preserved. The preserved surface ensures optimal paint adhesion. If even finer surfaces are required, we grind the material until smooth by means of barrel finishing.
Our range of machining:
- Steel bead blasting (SA 2.5): up to part width of 2,000 mm and part length of 16,000 mm
- Washing: up to part length of 2,000 mm, max. 400 kg
- Barrel finishing: up to a diagonal of 300 mm
- Prime coating

Tube laser cutting
Four steps in one: thanks to laser technology, punching or sawing, drilling, milling and deburring are combined in a single process step. No matter whether it's single-unit or series production, widely diverse parts are machined with speed and precision. When compared to conventional machining methods, this reduces the time required by up to 80%. Thanks to the high degree of accuracy achieved when cutting tubes with a laser, subsequent processes are also significantly more efficient, while tool production costs are eliminated.
Our range of machining includes:
- Tubes: 12 mm to 220 mm
- Bars: up to 35 kg/m
- Round, square and rectangular tubes
- Open profiles, as well as concave and special cross-sections
Open profiles and special shapes can also be cut, in addition to standard profile shapes from steel and metal. Any kind of contour can be cut, or thread inserted, to meet countless intended purposes. The insides of round tubes are automatically cleaned during machining if desired, and the cuts are rendered fully burr-free. Lasered coding enables definitive allocation, and as such reliable and rapid assembly.

Friction drilling
We use friction drilling to realise chipless passages in thin-walled profiles. In a second step, we apply threaded bushings, bearing bushings or soldering bushings if required.
With our ALZFLOW 30/S column drilling machine, we can perform the following range of machining:
- Material thickness up to 12 mm
- Diameter up to 32 mm

Thread cutting
We directly cut threads in workpieces made of steel, aluminium and other metals, whereby drilled holes with diameters from M3 to M12 are possible.
