EHG Dornbirn - Rapid acceptance & issue of goods

To ensure short waiting times when delivering steel and metal, we use the time slot booking system Cargoclix at our Dornbirn site. We allocate fixed collection times for the collection of goods by forwarding agents, following prior notification, to ensure that everyone arrives at their destination faster.

Seamless delivery with Cargoclix

By booking a time slot on the Cargoclix system, we ensure that your delivery is unloaded promptly and without complications.

To avoid waiting times:

Please book an appropriate time slot in Cargoclix
Send the delivery papers/delivery notes to our purchasing department in advance

HGVs with a booked time slot are given preferential treatment and therefore have shorter or no waiting times. If you have not booked a time slot, unloading may be considerably delayed. There are no parking facilities for HGVs on our company site.

How Cargoclix works

o make a booking, you need a Cargoclix user account and access to our "CargoMarket". You can find all the information you need to register and use the system in our Cargoclix user manual, which you can download as a PDF file. Costs

EUR 0.50 is charged per time slot booking. Booking charges are invoiced monthly by our partner Cargoclix (Dr. Meier & Schmidt GmbH). No further costs apply.

Night-time delivery

For night-time deliveries of steel and non-ferrous metals, the following times apply for all loading ramps:

Monday to Thursday: 10.00 pm to 3.00 am
Friday: 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm

You will find the number of the loading ramp for your delivery on your transport documents. Our guidance system will direct you to the delivery point. Please make sure you observe the times listed above. There are no parking facilities for HGVs on the EHG site.

Optimised goods issue through assigned collection times

When sending your collection notification, we will provide you with a specific slot for collecting your material. We kindly ask that you observe this slot. Only in this way can we keep goods issue waiting times to a minimum.
