Seamless integration
Stahlkontor Lingemann has been operating under a new name and corporate design since 1 January 2023. As EHG Stahl.Metall Bad Oeynhausen, the company based in North Rhine-Westphalia now fits seamlessly into the EHG Group. Stahlkontor Lingemann has been part of EHG since 2018. At that time, sole shareholder Lorenz Lingemann transferred all shares in his fourth-generation family-owned companies Lingemann Stahlgroßhandel GmbH and Stahlkontor GmbH to the EHG Group based in Dornbirn (Austria) as part of a long-term entrepreneurial succession.
"With the new name and new logo, we have now taken the final step and adapted our brand presence to the corporate identity of EHG. Now everything is from a single source," emphasises Managing Director Detlef Schwer and adds: "As usual, we offer our customers a wide range of materials and comprehensive services in logistics and processing."
Competence in processing
EHG Stahl.Metall Bad Oeynhausen is one of eleven EHG locations. Currently, more than 70 people are employed there. Bad Oeynhausen is an expert within the group of companies, especially when it comes to processing - for example, with its competence in tube laser cutting. In addition, EHG has been able to expand the market in Central Europe and gain new customers through its integration into the group.
