Environmental and commercial policy
We are clearly committed to the sustainable protection of our environment. Where opportunities exist to reduce the use of raw materials and energy, or to reduce emissions, we utilise these. Our sites are equipped with state-of-the-art building services, cover part of the electricity demand with their own photovoltaic systems and use high-speed doors to reduce the heating required in our warehouses. Our fleet complies with the latest emissions standards and we reduce the burden on our environment with software-optimised routes and resource-efficient driving behaviour.
When selecting business partners, in addition to thinking about purely economic aspects, we also consider ecological and social criteria. We will not accept anyone who infringes environmental regulations, exploits employees, permits child labour, or operates in legal grey areas as a business partner.
Quality
To ensure the success of our customers, we depend on long-term purchasing partnerships. We work with reliable suppliers who offer excellent quality, first-class delivery performance and competitive conditions. Purchasing processes with our partners are optimised on an ongoing basis. We carry brand steel from renowned manufacturers in our range.
We place great importance on maintaining our high quality standards and have them reviewed by external organisations regularly. The EHG Group is certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001. Mobile spectral analysis, ultrasonic testing, restamping and uninterrupted batch tracking complete the scope of our quality assurance efforts.
